MAP Policy

uKloo Kids Inc. (uKloo) works to ensure that all distributors provide retailers and consumers of uKloo products with the advice, service, knowledge, and support necessary to maintain the high level of customer satisfaction. uKloo is aware that certain types of advertising can affect our goodwill and is damaging to the standards and reputation of our products. Therefore, uKloo has a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) policy.

1. To ensure that our dealer-product relationships are consistent and value based.

2. To maintain the fair market competition of uKloo Kids products in the  marketplace.

The MAP Policy:

Retailers may advertise uKloo products at or above the minimum advertised price. The MAP is published in distributors MSRP/MAP price list. For purposes of the MAP Policy “advertising” means any advertising through authorized media. Authorized media consists of billboards, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, brochures, direct mail, retail flyers, television, radio, e-commerce, forums and dealer internet sites

Advertising at prices below the MSRP violates the MAP Policy. An advertised price, at less than MAP will constitute a violation of MAP Policy. Short term promotional discounts and sales of no more than 1 week are acceptable under this MAP policy.

uKloo, monitors compliance with this policy. Any retailer found in violation of this pricing will be contacted and asked to raise pricing to meet our MAP. When a retailer is found in violation of MAP pricing, uKloo works with our distributors to ensure retailers are aware of MAP and the consequences of violation. If pricing has not been amended, violators will no longer be shipped product.

uKloo may, at its own discretion, stop supplying products to any retailers found to be in violation of the MAP Policy.
